I've been a fan of Patrick Mavros for ages, but this is my first time actually buying something. My best mate, who's from Zimbabwe, visited recently and rocked a bunch of Patrick’s designs. My mother-in-law totally fell for the ma and ba elephant ring during that visit. I just found out there’s a flagship store in London, so I ordered that ring for her birthday yesterday. It arrived the very next day, all nicely packaged, and there was even a lovely handwritten note—I thought it would just be a printout. They also included a gift bag and some tissue paper.

Just to give you a bit of background, I’ve been dealing with some really lousy customer service lately, so this whole experience was a breath of fresh air from start to finish.

You guys really shine in professionalism and go the extra mile for your customers.

The gift of cuff links came beautifully wrapped. I didn’t want to mess up the packaging, so I left it unopened. It’s meant for a birthday celebration down the line. I had a fantastic time with Patrick Mavros' store and their shipping! The lady in London was super nice and really helpful, and everything went off without a hitch! I highly suggest making a purchase there!

These buffalo cuff links are crafted beautifully, and the delivery was quick. I asked for a specific card style but received a different one. The writing looked like it was done with a felt tip pen, so maybe some calligraphy or a better quality ink pen would’ve suited it better, as it felt a bit low-end next to the classy cuff links. Other than that, I'm a satisfied customer and a new admirer of Patrick Mavros!
